Swimming Bell is the project of Brooklyn-based, self-taught musician Katie Schottland. Schottland uses loop pedals and other effects to create expansive harmonies and soundscapes, all riding upon strong and catchy melodies. She released her debut LP, Wild Sight, in April to much critical acclaim, with featured reviews in publications including Brooklyn Vegan and MOJO Magazine.

Pizzafish - A spin-off of I'm Doing Okay. How Are You? where the songs are supposed to be about joy but end up actually being about resilience. Now with 100% more whammy bar.

Suburban Adventure - Fenn from The Baja Blasters playing sad songs for burrito lovers. Music for huge fans of both the mall and 2004.

Trio of Tangents (est. March 2019) is a local jazzy, bluesy, folky cover band. Members Alexis Goodfellow, Clara Lauterwasser, and Chris Snyder perform covers of classic jazz standards, bluesy ballads, and folky waltzes in addition to fun takes on some of their personal favorite tunes. They're looking forward to bringing vocals, guitar, keyboard, and fiddle fun to Somervillians for PorchFest!
