Serendipitous Sounds for Surreptitious Souls; dIIP is a jam band formed at the beginning of 2022. Inspired in large part by blues roots and American jam band music (Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, Phish), dIIP plays a large number of originals and covers that are sure to get you dancing and smiling.

June and Jonah write for the bands Miss Bones and Poster Colors, respectively, and they also play in each other's bands, non-respectively, which culminates in a confusing blur of personal boundaries and identity that they will probably have to have a serious conversation about. Miss Bones makes indie rock with country and folk influences, Poster Colors makes county and folk with indie rock influences. Both of them love big silly bands like Big Thief, the White Stripes, and Gillian Welch. Check em out at @missbonesband and @dudewheremycapo on Instagram!

Electric piano grooves and unconventional arrangements of piano covers, with a mix of some twangy guitar country.
Also featuring a special guest appearance by an up-and-coming local ukelelist.
