We're a group of friends, playing a mix of folk, pop, and traditional Irish music on harp, violin, acoustic guitar, bodhran, banjo, ukulele, vocals, and last but not least, the egg shaker.

Feeling less lucky than usual? Sad to have missed two years of St. Patrick's Day? That all ends here with Trad Girl Summer, a group of traditional Irish musicians who are ready to bring the sounds of your local pub to Porchfest. TGS is a today-only group of fiddlers, bagpipers, flute players, concertina players, and whomever else shows up that day. We'll slash through some reels and jigs and hornpipes and maybe a barndance (by audience request.) Grab a pint, pull up a chair, and tap your foot to some rollicking tunes. Bealtaine is a group of friends who play Irish and a bit of Scottish traditional music. Some of us play professionally, others just for fun. We frequently get together for house parties and enjoy sharing our tunes and love of the music with others. Come join us for some tunes and a few songs—"craic agus ceol" (good times/fun and music).

Quiche-n-Tunes is not a band-- we're a group of musicians mainly from Medford, Somerville, and Cambridge who get together informally to play Irish traditional music. Once per month, someone in the group hosts a kid-friendly brunch session at their home; thus the name "Quiche-n-Tunes."
