Classical folk with a drum machine. Sometimes keyboards, sometime Roy Orbison and Ace of Base.
Pumpkin Bread, a folk quintet based in Boston, MA, plays original acoustic music that blends influences from traditional folk songs and fiddle tunes with modern sensibilities and intricate arrangements. Pumpkin Bread developed its uncommon sound in kitchen jams, traditional music sessions, and soup nights in the Boston area folk music scene. The band, hailed by The Boston Globe as “pure progressive folk fusion,” released its self-titled debut album in May 2017 in collaboration with Nine Athens Music.

Founded 18 years ago by a few high school classmates, Dr. Beaver is an award winning band in Taiwan. We play refreshing folk music in relaxing tempo. We write our own songs. We sing in Mandarin Chinese. We believe music can free worries and cure broken hearts. That's why we are called Dr. Beaver.

Ellen & David like to play music! We play covers from James Taylor to Adele to Bon Iver to Alanis Morissette. We like when people sing along. We hope you enjoy our sweet tunes.
The Group Activity is a Boston-based band that shines light on the changes we would like to see in the world. Our music explores American folk, R&B, and reggae roots in a celebration of life that also acknowledges the problems we see within our lives and the world around us. Ultimately, we seek to unite and rejoice in this beautiful experience called life, together.
Two guys who talk about their feelings and play music.
Folk, guitar, voice. Succulent, sweet, surprises. Bubbles, hula hoops, chalk.
Also, a jazzy set with a twist of lemon.
Also, sometimes an 80's sing-a-long song on ukulele thrown in, because we're grown ups and we can do what we want.
Want to hear something? If you request it and I know it? I'll play it.
*Also, though not specifically geared towards kids, people of all ages tend to listen joyfully. I think you'll like it.
*Many Friendly Friends are out of town. It might just be Mary P. I still think you'll have fun.
Just a couple of guys who love music, performing an Acoustic set of originals and some of their favorite covers.
40 Million Feet - the approximate distance from Boston, Massachusetts to Kathmandu, Nepal. Drawing from both western and eastern musical traditions, Shyam Nepali (Sarangi), Charlie Giargiari (Guitar), Jeffrey Benson (Bass) and Riccardo Randellini (Percussion) create melodic instrumental landscapes that transcend borders and blur the lines between cultures.
