This comic musical by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman asks what you will sacrifice for fortune, fame, and a giant bloodthirsty plant. BYO-chair is recommended. James McCarthy is a pop singer/songwriter from Boston who performs soulful melodies with his dynamic band. His sound is a mix of pop and blues - playing the electric piano alongside four great musicians. James has been writing music since graduating from UMass Amherst, focusing on learning from his heroes Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Michael Jackson, and John Coltrane. The group plays locally in Boston at venues such as the Middle East, Thunder Road, and John Harvards Brewery. His group includes Evan Hill (Drums), Billy Thompson (Guitar), Jonny Saval (Bass), and Jarrod Stein (Keyboard).

We are an irreverent, 9-part vocal band covering an eclectic mix of pop tunes and deep cuts from the 50s to the present. We've been proud to perform at street festivals (Harvard Square's Mayfair), charitable events (The AIDS walk), vocal showcases (WERS's All A Cappella Live), local venues (The Landsdowne Pub), and private functions. We are Cambridge/Somerville-based and ready to bring it!

A group of long time coworkers brought together by their passion for music, Fulla Schmidt brings a classic vibe to a contemporary music scene. Beginning their musical journey three years ago in a basement in Trumbull Connecticut, the group is known for performing covers that span the breadth of the musical field, from Bill Withers to Blackstreet. The band enjoys nothing more than making music together, and their infectious joy will travel farther than the music that will carry down the street.
