If you like the uplifting and soulful music of New Orleans you'll love the sound of the New Black Eagle Jazz Band. Formed in 1971, this seven-piece band has delighted audiences all over the world with their huge and eclectic repertoire of jazz from the 1920's and 30's.

Guitarist and lead vocalist Joey Vellucci has played since 1982 all over the US as well as establishing himself as a composer, studio musician and live performer with music heard on every single continent in the world via Television, Radio, live performances and Movies. Vellucci embraces every style of music and incorporates it into his unique fluid guitar style. 

The SHS Jazz Ensemble is an eclectic group of High School students and teachers who perform American Jazz from Big Band to Contemporary. Directed by Charles McLaren, this distinguished group often has special guests from the community sit in as featured soloists. You can find the SHS Jazz Ensemble at local art openings, area schools, and other community events. 

This year's performance includes;  Paulo Azevedo on drums, Patrick Walles on bass, Jared Jones on piano, Corey Spingel and Larry Barnes on guitar, and Graham Lassard Brandt on alto sax.

Born and raised outside of Chicago, Laura Grill grew up with an appetite for picking up instruments… and the inability to put them down. In seemingly no time this translated to a personal investment in the study and creation of new music. Laura traded the heartland for the coast and moved to Boston in 2008. Grill found her voice at the New England Conservatory.
