I am a solo guitar/singer playing mostly old delta blues style slide guitar. I'll be playing some original material as well as covering some old delta blues greats, including Son House, Mississippi Fred McDowell and Tampa Red. I also like to add in some interesting takes on modern music, including the likes of Radiohead and The Band. Weather permitting we might even cook up some crawfish!

Performing a special set of  songs from the Elvis Presley and Howling Wolf blues vaults, selected members of the Boston-based Elvis Soul Commemorate-Suspicious Minds joins the porch this year with a heady performance connecting the King to the Wolf in an ongoing exploration of American music and culture. 

Bluesy rock and folk featuring Jeff Rah on the yangqin, a traditional Chinese trapezoidal hammer dulcimer.

Not your typical cover band, comprised of fun loving and seasoned individuals, on a quest to unearth and re-interpret an assortment of booty shakin' tunes from the world of blues, country, swing, and rock 'n roll.

The Steve Walther Orchestra tickle and scrape their way across the dark underbelly of popular song. They are at once exuberant and melancholic, a foghorn at Sunday service, a testament in a traffic jam. They are a spiraling dervish of strings and horns with a thorny backbone of garage soul in a barrel of barking spirits. Their sunken ship is still ablaze beneath the waves and the chains keep right on pulling.

West of Willow (earlier Jenny and the Bets) is a Somerville Cambridge band, we've performed at the Winter Hill Brewing Company, Union Square tavern among other venues and now we're looking forward to do a (semi)livestreaming for the first time. We love playing all sorts from Soul/funk and blues to pop/rock, own material and covers. Vocals and Keys - Jenny Bonham-Carter, Base - John Clark, Drums - Paul Delmonico, Guitar - Josh Ellsworth.

It’s hard to know what to say about The Impromptus. That’s because the band is You. You’ll select the instruments and the style and guide your high-strung but friendly virtual musicians through their performance. While you’re at it, you’ll choreograph an animated visual artwork that echoes the (presumably ingenious) music flowing from your fingertips.
