Christ the King Somerville will be hosting three bands this year! Warsaw, Lauren Pratt, and the CTKS Jam Band. Warsaw is a three-member band whose songs draw from ambient, electronic and rock influences and seek to juxtapose thoughtful lyrics with evocative and lush soundscapes. Lauren Pratt is an award-winning singer/songwriter with Celtic and Southern influences. Her fingerpicking and lulling, melodic voice combine to bring her ballad storytelling to life. The CTKS Jam Band is full of music lovers and is happy to combine those loves into a performance! There will be pop. There will be sing-a-longs. There will be music!

"Americana with an edge" is how Buddy V describes the music he creates and performs with his four piece combo, The Black wing Revue, which includes acoustic and electric guitars, pedal steel guitar, mandolin, and bass.  Their performance incorporates original and interpreted cover tunes spanning the various genres of American roots music and will feature songs from his full length CD, "Meet Me Again".

Howdy! We are a band of friends who like playing a broad range of traditional, country, bluegrass, folk, and rock influenced music. Give us a whirl!

Annabelle's Revival came together from a couple of friends who met while jamming, as so many groups do. 

We've taken our love of traditional and modern bluegrass with a mix of other styles, throwing in our own special twist of course, 
on the road - or at least as far as the front porch.

Somewhere on the musical map, where the twang of Classic Country meets the grit of Southern Soul, Hank Wonder marks a detour down a sonic stretch of unpaved road. The Boston-based trio of Annie Bartlett (fiddle and viola), Darren Buck (vocals), and Michael Loria (guitar) first came together in 2013, and have since crafted their very own soulful blend of Americana: equal parts down home and gussied up.
