Honey Talk is southern rock from the north, 70s rock from today, and 90s alternative sensibilities for the millennial  mainstream. They are Boston’s fresh, innovative, and comfortable Roots-Rock quartet that loves to Rock while honoring their Roots.  Their sound relies heavily on vocal harmony, rhythmic persistence, and compositional dedication.

Three songwriters and singers, we formed a fake band called Aqua Hamster while attending Tufts University. Upon graduation, we decided to stick together and turn the fake band into a real one. All these years later, here we are! Come see us for catchy, original tunes that will stick with you.

Rock band consisting of nearing the top of the hill dads who are actually excellent players.  The only constraint is that we had no time to rehearse.  This will be an experimental project.  Which means that there will definitely be moments of total awesomeness.  You need to come watch the whole show to be guaranteed awesomeness.

What if you took the campiest, most off-the-wall episode of the original series of Star Trek and turned it into a rock musical? Join Somerville's Small & Casual Productions for a world-premiere concert reading of "Spock's Brain: The Musical!", an original parody musical created by a local Somervillian.

The show takes most of its dialogue word-for-word from the infamously bad episode of Star Trek: 'Spock's Brain'.... sent up with original musical numbers inspired by 1960's rock-and-roll hits, with styles including Aretha Franklin, The Beatles, The Who, The Supremes, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, and more. Join us for fascinating, highly illogical, and brainless fun!

Tysk Tysk Task is a Dorchester-based indie rock and folk band. Samantha Hartsel is the frontwoman, with Berklee College of Music student Chris Beller on drums.
Tysk Tysk Task has opened for Hammell on Trial, Dyr Faser, Tera Melos, and Mouse on the Keys, and performed with Ken Stringfellow (The Posies). Boston Hassle called the band's sound "stripped down rock n’ roll," a "raw and female-fronted version of Nirvana Unplugged."

Instant Shawarma is a local grungy blues/hard rock/funk/psychedelic band straight out of Central Square. Their music is all original, but has been compared to: The Black Keys, early Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam. They play local shows at Atwood's Tavern, The Middle East Club, Plough and Stars, Cantab Lounge, Sally O'Brien's, and The Midway Cafe.

Montessaurus is the Cambridge Montessori School parent band. We are a group of fortunate individuals who get to jam every week and perform a wide variety of covers.

Four-piece rock band. We spend most of our rehearsal time trying to play louder than each other. We may try not to play as loud for porchfest. We do have chill songs too. We do enjoy beer.
