60's and 70's Pop Covers "The music everyone loves"

Birds Already is an indie/funk band based out of Boston, Massachusetts. Influences range from rock/pop artists Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bruno Mars, and Fleetwood Mac to rnb/jazz artists Anderson Paak, Tom Misch, Thundercat, and Snarky Puppy. This will be Birds Already's third time playing Somerville Porchfest!

Birds Already released their first studio EP "Give and Give" in December 2021. In 2022, Birds Already have played at venues around the Boston/Somerville/Cambridge area like The Jungle and O'Briens and hope to add to that list throughout the summer.

If you took the angst ridden anthems of the 2000s and combined them with the truth bearing storytelling of country music, you’d find yourself listening to EJ Carey. EJ’s blend of pop rock packs an emotional punch by reintroducing the sounds of her teen years to the age of Spotify under the guise of confessional plot-driven songwriting. Her latest EP “Outlier" is reminiscent of Avril Lavigne, Paramore, and Taylor Swift, with powerful vocals shouting out the words you wish you could say.
