Sue's Guitar (Sue Minichiello and Joshua Pickering) plays carefully curated covers from the 60s, 70s and 80s. We're excited to be taking part in Somerville PorchFest 2016 with some of our most excellent and talented friends! We're working on some new songs and hope to have a special guest or two join us. Then Carissa Johnson (https://www.facebook.com/CarissaJohnsonMusic/) takes over, playing songs from her awesome new album, 'Only Roses' and more. Rounding out the afternoon, Kristin Holliday and Rice Edmonston will rock some Full Body Anchor (https://www.facebook.com/fullbodyanchor/) songs and other hot jams from the 02169.

Walter and the Night Owls are a Somerville, MA-based alternative-folk music quartet. Combining acoustic guitar, violin, and cello with soft vocal harmonies they’ve manage to create a sound all their own while echoing inspiration from songwriters like Josh Rouse, The Weepies, Ingrid Michaelson, David Gray, and Hey Rosetta. Music from their initial EP has been featured in commercials, films ( i.e “Shades of Ray” starring Zachary Levi – NBC) and has been licensed for use on MTV2 network specials along with other international media outlets. For Porchfest, this will be a solo show of Graveyard of the Atlantic's Dave Debany. He'll be playing (somewhat) quieter versions of the band's songs.
