HausKat is a Boston based band whose sound captures the tawdry romanticism of the 1980's. Drummer Daniel Smithwick lays down the band's synthy beats on acoustic set while Chris Taylor ably handles the iconic riffs you know from INXS, The Cure, and Tears for Fears recalling all those 80's tunes whose sounds you heard as a child and can never forget. Producer and keysman Ian Butterworth brings the band's feel to a climatic perfection. The rumbling bass lines coming from Dr. Kevin Schwartz have been known to sonically heal the sick while lead guitarist Ethan Lacy devours every technical detail of each face-melting solo.

In the late 90's, Shirley Prison Riot was a band on the rise. They had bookings at teen centers in greater Devens, a 2nd place finish in a battle of the bands... even a website. Unfortunately, their career was sabotaged by decades of betrayals, crimes of passion, and name changes. Fortune struck during the local prison riot that is their namesake - they realized then that their individual troubles started when they stopped performing together. Vowing to return to the stage, they were soon recording demos over their disgraced publicist's speakerphone. Now, they are ready to fuse their unrealized potential with their grizzled cynicism to form the rock n' roll behemoth that is their destiny.

Since their formation at Berklee in 2012, Drunken Logic has released two albums, performed regularly at Faneuil Hall, and collected various accolades along the way. In 2016, Drunken Logic played First Night Boston on New Year’s Eve, and donated the song and video "What A Beautiful Morning!" to the 30 Days, 50 Songs project for a Trump-free America, alongside Death Cab for Cutie, R.E.M. and dozens of other major artists.
