Dr. Fidelity is a seven-piece soul band from East Somerville in favor of positive vibes, friendship, dancing, and occasional lovesick balladry (for good measure). They have been performing around Boston since March 2014 at venues like The Middle East, Aeronaut Brewing, Sally O’Briens and Thunder Road. https://doctorfidelity.bandcamp.co...
The Novel Ideas are a country folk quintet of friends from Brighton. They create a blend of pastoral, harmony driven, and plaintive Americana. http://thenovelideas.com/

The Loft presents at our Porchfest Stage: Dietrich Strause’s songs are a mix of timeless melody, literate lyricism, and a "virtuosic command of imagery.” He is a staple of the local Americana and folk scene and tours with various national acts such as Anais Mitchell, Great Lake Swimmers, and Sarah Jarosz. Loft host Audrey Ryan is a multi-instrumentalist one-man-band outfit that will be joined by her friend Karina DaCosta for their duo harmony side project "Milky Leaks." Will Dailey is one of Boston's most prolific and hardworking musicians. He’s an acclaimed independent recording and performing artists who is currently in the studio making a new record supported by Pledge Music.

Four people, armed with guitars and a lack of shame, play offbeat covers from the sixties to the present.

We're friends who discovered one day that we all play ukulele. We love covering all sorts of songs, ranging from old folk tunes to current pop hits. Often we incorporate other small acoustic instruments into our repertoire such as kazoos, melodicas, triangle, glockenspiel and more! We're great at parties.

As the Sparrow - Folk-influenced, rock-swing band based around the songwriting of Mark Damon and Crystal Araiza. Described as “instantly appealing, slightly edgy, and undoubtedly unique” by Indie-Music.com, they were nominated for Best in Massachusetts by The 2015 New England Music Awards.
Noble Dust - A motley collection of reformed band geeks, Noble Dust charms audiences with horn-powered lyrically-driven progressive folk pop. The group received an Iguana Music Grant from Club Passim to record their first full length album, due out in mid-2017.
The Wolff Sisters - The three sisters, Rebecca, Rachael, and Kat, create haunting harmonies that only siblings can manage to do.
