As an artist, my goal is to create liminal spaces where viewers can escape the constraints of reality and enter a world of vivid color, play, and joy. Through my work, I aim to explore the boundaries of the traditional art world and push the limits of what is possible.

Born in Colorado to Brazilian parents, and growing up in Rio, Brazil, Csekö moved to Somerville, MA in 2010 to pursue an MFA at SMFA at Tufts. In 2022, Csekö is a Somerville Arts Council grantee, a CTV MassCreative Fellow, and a Somerville Museum Community Curator, she was also invited as an AIR at Sculpture Space, upstate NY. In 21’ she received a SAC Visual Arts Fellowship and was an AiR at the Umbrella Art Center 20-21’ in Concord MA. In 2020 she was invited as a Visiting Artist by Emerson College.

We're Maddie and Justin Copp of Copp Creature Shop
Maddie is a published illustrator, sculpter and trained puppeteer, and Justin is a DIY robotcist, sculpter and amature puppeteer, radio personality, voice actor, and digital media maker.
Together we founded a puppetry and animatronics production studio, producing puppet shows on Youtube, and providing puppet, creature, prop, animatronic, and sculptural services to the greater new England area, and maybe someday the world!

Jennifer Weigel is a multi-disciplinary mixed media conceptual artist. Weigel utilizes a wide range of media to convey her ideas, including assemblage, costume, drawing, fibers, installation, jewelry, painting, performance and video. Much of her work touches on themes of beauty, identity (especially as it pertains to gender identity), memory & forgetting, and institutional critique. As a recent graduate from an MFA program at Cranbrook Academy of Art in the 3D design program, my work focused greatly on conceptual furniture objects. This two year program developed my craft and creative skills, which aided in re-envisioning interiors and developing new interactions within the domestic and public spaces. Functionality, purpose and form have fueled my design work to create new narratives among artistic objects.
