Beacon for Spirits craft a style of music possibly described as “Dream Folk” or “Art Folk”. Coming off of the release of their debut album "There's No Such Thing as Ghosts", the vocal/guitar/violin trio create uncompromisingly emotional, thematic and colorful music. In this endeavor they defy and transcend genre-boundaries, drawing from across the musical spectrum. Beacon for Spirits dip their brush in a vast and varied palette, and the image that listeners are left with is profoundly emotive and uniquely moving.
