What She Said digs deep into the vaults of classic rock, R&B, and post-punk. You know, the good stuff.

Two bands + possible local cameo performances: a melange of oddball covers, indie rock, and dad-rock.

We're three theatre nerds that play an eclectic mix of alternative rock and showtunes....Pandemic Broadway Rock if you will.

If you google “the greatest band in the history of recorded music”, Jim's Big Ego is still the top hit. Former-villen Jim Infantino (lead vocals & guitar) finally plays Porchfest, accompanied by Jesse Flack (bass), Dan Cantor (percussion), and Josh Kantor (keyboards). Two ~50 minute sets with an intermission. “Kid safe but not kid oriented”.

Stuck at home during the pandemic, children's book author Jef Czekaj wrote a bunch of weird songs, mostly about Somerville history, & performed them in videos with puppets for the Somerville Public Library. These things happen.
When it came time to perform the songs live, he realized he needed a band. Luckily, his (excellent musician) friends Ernie Kim (drums & sax) and Horsewind (bass) lost a bet and are doomed to forever perform these songs with Jef.
There will be puppets.

Great classic rock from a talented and versatile 6-member band featuring two Berklee grads. Don’t just sing along, pick up a tambourine, wood block, and yes cow bells and help the band play well-known songs from Tom Petty, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Cars, Cake, and Aerosmith. You won’t see them on the porch: c’mon into the backyard from the gate that opens onto the community path or come up the driveway from Lexington Ave because the band is playing on the deck.

The Galvanics blend classic- and grunge-era guitar rock, with a touch of prog and psychedelia. We play mostly originals.
