Please join Brickbottom Artists Building and Joy Street Studios in celebrating their annual Open Studios event where 80+ artists and artisans open their studios to the public, exhibiting and selling work in a wide variety of media and formats.
Founded 35 years ago, Brickbottom is one of the country’s first and largest artist-developed live/work complexes. A block away is Joy Street Studios, a former printmaking factory converted to more than 65 artist work studios featuring painters, jewelers, glass blowers, and more. Live performances and a food truck will also be featured throughout the weekend!
Brickbottom is wheelchair accessible and is a 10 minute walk from the Union Square, East Somerville, or Lechmere green line T stations. Free parking on Chestnut and Linwood streets, Joy Street Studios parking lot, and 100 Chestnut Street.
