Start off with a refreshing agua de chia (with cucumber and lime), and get ready for the four course feast that Estela has in store: warm esquites con epazote (corn salad with queso fresco and jalapeno), fresh ensalada di jicama (with cucumber and orange), el plato principal-- chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles with a walnut crema and pomogranate seeds), and a cheesecake featuring loca chile-tinged taza chocolate to wrap up the night.
