We are four guys originally from other parts of the world now living in Somerville, who have been playing off and on for 15+ years with various other bands, who started this band specifically to play Porch Fest! Adam Meuse (vocals, guitar), Eli Connarton (guitar), John Lukason (bass, vocals), and Keller McGuinness (drums, vocals) will be playing a set of classic rock and punk cover tunes, sure to be familiar to many!

Signet is Blues/Jam band formed in 2006 from Weymouth MA. Signet is a modern day power trio. For Porchfest we will have our dear friend Gabi on vocals. Come on by and bring your dancing shoes. Crowd Participation mandatory.

Depending on where you're standing/sitting/kneeling/squinting, we might appear to actually be the same height. Same goes for level of talent.
We put this together at the last minute, so you KNOW it's going to be awesome.
The crew may or may not include: Matt Zapp, Casey Fein, Aaron Wishnick, Eric Gibbs, Mark Lemay, Sarah Sherman, and Erin Child (does someone have a tambourine we can borrow?).
Instruments involved may include (but are not limited to): guitars, bass, banjo, tambourine (seriously, anyone?).
Let's do this. (Walk out of your way to hear us at your own risk.)

The Dig probably put it best when it said Look Sharp "plays smart, ambitious rock music, which...takes much of its lyrical content and its driving spirit from the pop culture that helped raise everyone of our generation. The band sounds somewhat like Fugazi if Fugazi was in prog rock drag and they were singing about The Legend of Zelda or X-Men “Days of Future Past.”
Tommy Majkut - Guitar, Vocals
Benjamin Buday - Drums, Vocals
Jeremy Rice - Bass
Rich Pellegrino - Guitar

Get nostalgic with The Ruckus! Specializing in 90s rock covers, we will make you feel like a kid again. If you love Weezer, the Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, Sublime, Green Day, The Toadies, Blur and the like, then you will surely love The Ruckus.

Octopus Prime - Space rock opera music. Somewhere between Weezer and the Cars but with a focus on Doomsday devices and Alien Death Rays. Tim Armstrong (not the Rancid guy) and assorted musicians.
Maybe Hot Molasses will play, we're not sure yet. They're good though.
