Opal Puckett (with Amy and Steve Pardo)

Opal Puckett is a Somerville folk band made up of Jonathan Pardo, Cara Pardo, Steve Pardo, and Amy Pardo (no relation).

Before Opal Puckett's set, Amy and Steve Pardo will play a variety of children's songs, from the ABC's to songs performed by Woody Guthrie. Amy is a preschool music teacher and plays both the guitar and ukulele with the children. On special days her husband Steve visits the music class and brings his electric guitar, his clarinet and his saxophone.
