Performing three pieces, EgoArt, Inc., a Somerville-based dance company, combines creativity, beauty, and music to bring dance to life. “The Multitudes,” set to the music of contemporary Mexican composer Javier Alvarez, is rigorous and lively and demands of the dancers keen musicality, physical stamina and athleticism. This piece is followed by a presentation of “3 or 6,” a dance-forcamera video piece made with three dancers and shot in the historic Coolidge Corner movie theater. Lastly, Artistic Director Nicole Pierce will premier a work-in-progress solo.
