Illumination Tour Tickets

2012 tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 27th at:

Blue Cloud Gallery, 713 Broadway, Ball Square

Hours:
Monday thru Saturday: 11-7
Sunday: 11-6

Tours times
4:30, 5:00, 5:45, 6:15, 7:00, 7:30, 8:15, 8:45, 9:15 

 (As of 12/14 only a few single tickets for various tours available; if you wish come to City Hall on Sat and we have a will call list if seats become available at departure times)

The West Somerville tour tickets are for the 4:30, 5:00, 5:45, 6:15  "D" trolley only. 

$10 Adults
$5 Children / Seniors
(12 and under / 60 and over)
Cash or Check Only

Any unsold tickets will be available Saturday of the tour after 4:00 at City Hall.

Frequently asked questions:

Weather alert! The tour will take place regardless of rain or light snow if travel conditions for the trolleys are safe. Typically, only in a snow emergency will the tour be cancelled. If cancelled on Saturday, the tour will take place during the same time on Sunday. Call the office at 617.625.6600 ext. 2985 to inquire about weather cancellation.

Can I reserve or buy tickets over the phone?
No

Is Blue Cloud Gallery the only place to buy tickets?
Yes, except on rare occasions there may be tickets left over and sold at City Hall on the evening of the tour. Cash or check sales only, NO credit card sales.

Can I exchange tickets and get a different trolley time?
Yes, if tickets remain for your new time.

A friend bought tickets and I want to be on their trolley; how do I determine which trolley?
Make sure you know which trolley, either the "A", "B", "C", or "D" trolley, before you go to purchase. There are multiple trolleys for each tour time.   And be sure to know if you want to go on the tour of lights in West Somerville or East Somerville.  The West Somerville tour tickets are for the 4:30, 5:00, 5:45, 6:15  "D" trolley.
