Since 1997 the Arts Council has developed youth art programming. Once under the title “Art without Walls” the Mystic Mural project, Art in the Garden and Books of Hope were core youth programming.
While Art in the Garden closed before COVID-19, and Books of Hope resides still with our former partner the Mystic Learning Center, the Mystic Mural program is still going strong–working with core mural artist David Fichter since 1997.
