The Local Cultural Council (LCC) Grant Program is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) and the City of Somerville.
Somerville LCC program grants are reviewed by SAC board members and local peers with expertise in the appropriate disciplines. Each year new panelists are convened to review new submissions.
Grants are available for projects in the community, individual fellowships, and support to schools for art projects or cultural field trips.
Applications for the 2027 LCC Grants are now available.
