Dana Jee is a local singer/songwriter and lead singer for his band i have ears. For Porchfest Dana will be playing covers and a few original tunes.

The Somerville Ukulele Club (SUC for short) is the winsome threesome of Elizabeth Hoey, Abby Taylor, and Ashley Holtgraver. On concert and tenor ukes, glockenspiel and synthesizer, we play music for the people, by the people. Swoon and shake to our covers of the Smiths, Velvet Underground, R. Kelly, the Las, Carly Rae Jepsen, etc...

Andrew Scandal is a singer and songwriter from Cambridge MA. Scandal combines indie-rock influences with electronic and soundscape sensibilities. Scandal has lived and performed in Cambridge, LA, NYC, Guatemala, and Puerto Rico. Andrew is joined by The Lightyears, a three-piece backing band providing edgy rythms and catchy guitar hooks to Andrew's songs.

Singer/Songwriter Debye Delorean and Pianist/Vocalist Debbie Gruber perform a two set mix of American Songbook faves, Pop and original material as taken from thier local club show.

Dirty Water Brass Band, a street band based in Davis Square, plays an eclectic mix of jazz, R&B, New Orleans, & more, creating an oftentimes raucous but then again sometimes subtle sound that could be defined as music from the bayou and beyond. "Dirty Water Brass Band with trombonist Todd Page firing up the audience like a hyperactive pied piper, swore allegiance to the old Boston soul/R&B virtues." DWBB is Mary Curtin (sax), Peter Goransson (sax), Tim Opperman (trombone), Jim Overly (sousaphone), Todd Page (trombone), Jamie Pierce (sax), Gary Smiley (trumpet), & Don Stevenson (drums).

The Rolling Who are a Somerville-based cover band, who perform British invasion and pop hits of the 60s-90s.

Intelligent, quirky, catchy pop songs. Led by the fearless Pete Montgomery, featuring Andrew Malone on keys and Mark Nigro on bass. Possibly also some kids songs. 

Flightless Buttress: melding classical music with classic rock. Featuring John Nolan on guitar, and Calin Peters playing the cello (and if we are lucky the dulcimer). Note: Will be playing in the library's forecourt in the later afternoon, around 3pm.

Founded in 1985, the Somerville Community Chorus is a diversified group of individuals who simply love to sing. Members from all over the Boston area meet weekly to prepare for concerts and various other local performances. Repertoire varies from classical to Broadway to pop, and membership is open to all.
