dayes

Teaching the periodic table by day, crafting feel good indie folk songs by night. Patrick Morelli started the indie folk project known as “dayes” in 2022 in Boston, MA. Patrick is a high school science teacher along with his wife, Camille, who teaches math and economics. The band is composed of the married couple and old high school friend, Pete. The music is inspired by Morelli's love for alternative rock bands, like Dispatch and Mt. Joy, combined with his love for folk artists such as Caamp and The Lumineers. The hope of this project is to remind the listeners that we're all in this together. dayes just released their debut album, Up on the Rooftops, in the fall of 2025.
