Formed during a three-year period of living in Kyoto, Japan, the name itself is inspired by 70's Japanese songwriter Eiichi Ohtaki.
Thomas also cohosts the humorous music opinion podcast “Losing My Opinion” with fellow musician Thin Lear (aka Matt).
