What started as a small neighborhood block party in 2018 has grown into a vibrant festival! Curated by the Gilman Square Neighborhood Council and part of Somerville’s SomerStreets series, this event features live music, local artists and crafters, food vendors, family activities, and more.
Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 12 pm to 5 pm (rain date: Sunday, September 14th) for a day of creativity and community in Gilman Square!
This year’s festival features five live bands performing a wide variety of musical styles:
- 12:00 PM – The Goonie Birds
- 1:00 PM – Weird Frenz
- 2:00 PM – The Dead Flowers
- 3:00 PM – Bent Luck
- 4:00 PM – FM Collective
Road Closures and Parking Restrictions:
- Pearl St will be closed from Marshall St. to James St. from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- No Parking signs on both sides on Pearl St. from Marshall St., to James St. from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- MBTA detours will be in place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. please visit MBTA.com for details
