Circe Rowan

Circe Rowan is a flow artist who will bring joy and color to the festival with her vibrant hand props—hoops, fans, and twirling ribbons. She’ll be creating playful, improvised performances, offering plenty of opportunities for kids to join in the fun. Embracing the Freeze theme, Circe’s glittery, frost-inspired costume and props will make her look like a magical Ice Fairy in motion!
