Gatch is a Boston-based indie artist who specializes in making music you’d want to dance around your kitchen to. From modern-to-throwback R&B-to-yacht rock jams to moody indie bops, Gatch creates a live music experience that is sure to move you (or at least make you move). He has performed numerous sold out shows across the Northeast and tours regularly along the east coast. Matt Burmeister is also a Boston-based Singer-Songwriter (and a frequent collaborator of Gatch). He is a former President of the Northeastern University Songwriting Club, and looks forward to rocking out at Porchfest!

Manic Wind is original tap dance music from Seacoast NH. Manic Wind is Ayan Imai-Hall (tap dance), Brodie Cavanaugh (drums), Andrew Strout (keyboards), Miles Ahlstrom (bass) and Ethan Holt (guitar and vocals).

The Far Out is a seven-piece band from the north shore of Massachusetts teeming with talented musicians. The lifelong friends are equipped with backgrounds in jazz, theatre, and classical musicianship. They utilize powerful vocals and catchy horn lines to funk up familiar rock, and their chemistry shines through in every performance.

Birds Already hails from Plymouth, MA, home to the Mayflower and other disappointing tourist attractions. As there was not much to do in Plymouth during their teenage years, each of the Birds met one another through shared musical endeavors. This will be Birds Already's 4th year of Somerville Porchfest!

Second Line Social Aid and Pleasure Society Brass Band is a 30-piece "raucous, stomp-your-foot-and-belt-out-the-choruses" New Orleans-style street band, based in Somerville and Cambridge. Our mission is to fight for social justice causes and support community events while having fun and spreading joy through our music. We are also a part of the organizing force behind HONK!, a festival of activist street bands that takes place every October in Davis Square.

A reunion of Cory Magno (guitar) and Jeff Shwom (vocals), two of the original members of Hot Sauce Rhythm and Blues. We will be playing most songs from our original albums, Funk the Beach and At The Dance Hall, plus a couple extra fan favorites.
Hot Sauce Rhythm and Blues was formed in 2012 and had long time gigs at the Cantab, The Liberty Hotel on Monday night, Johnny D's Blues Jam on Sunday and more. Happy to be reuniting for porchfest.
